FUN @ Astate (Health/Fitness Camp)

Session 1:  July 20-24,   8 am - 4 pm
Session 2:  July 27-31,   8 am - 4 pm

Age Requirement:   Grades 3-5

Description of Camp: Arkansas State University invites parents to enroll their children in the FUN camp, a weeklong, health-based day camp for children grade 3-5.  A team of fitness and nutrition professionals will use fun, innovative approaches to teach your children how to:

•    make healthy food and drink choices
•    achieve and maintain a healthy body weight
•    improve aerobic and muscular fitness
•    increase daily physical activity
•    make the right choices to live a healthy, long life
