Red Wolves Volleyball Camp

SESSION I
Dates:  Individual Skills Camp - July 7th-9th,
Times:  All Day
Age Requirement:  Grades 6th -12th girls
Description of Camp:  The Red wolves Individual Skills Camp provides high level instruction in the surrounding of an experienced staff and positive atmosphere. Campers will be taught the fundamental skills of volleyball such as setting, hitting, blocking, serve reception, defense, serving and strategies to the game. Campers will be able to experience the same teaching cues and drills that are used at Arkansas State Volleyball. Skills being taught will be reinforced by the game like drills that enable the camper to apply the skill.

SESSION II
Dates:  Team Camp - July 23-25th,
Times:  All Day
Age Requirement:  Grades 6th -12th girls
Description of Camp:  The Red Wolves Team Camp is the perfect opportunity for the volleyball player/team to get in the gym and refresh their memory of the game. We know high school season is just around the corner and believe if you get your team to a team camp; you will be two steps ahead of the game. Team camp is a unique setting where each team gets the opportunity to get one on one attention from the ASU staff in better preparation for their upcoming season. In addition, we use the same teaching cues and drills that are used at Arkansas State. The camp is structured to have skills and drill sessions for an hour and a half and an hour of scrimmage work to put those skills into use. Throughout the drills and scrimmage, camp coaches will continue to reinforce the drilled skills throughout the competition sequence. For team and space considerations we ask that each team have a minimum of eight players.
