ASU Early Childhood Education Conference
The ASU Early Childhood Education Conference is a two day professional development extravaganza featuring sessions providing the most up-to-date research on quality early care and education, best practices, and current issues in the field of early education. Nationally known presenters share their expertise with us during general sessions and small group sessions. This Conference is located on the charming campus of Arkansas State University. Lodging and meals are available so you never have to leave campus. The Early Childhood Conference is held in early August and an average of 300 providers, teachers, and caregivers attend each year. ASU Family Child Care Conference
Each spring ASU Childhood Services is pleased to host a special conference dedicated to family child care providers. This two-day conference offers training sessions geared toward best practices, quality, and current issues that are related to family child care homes. The conference is scheduled to meet the needs of family child care providers, starting on Friday evening and continuing through the day on Saturday. Scholarships are available for this conference. Statewide School-Age Conferences
Two statewide conferences are provided for school-age providers to be trained by nationally known presenters in the field of school-age care. Coordinated in the central part of the state, the conferences will address the assessed needs of school-age care providers.
