Admission Requirements

  1. Students must be admitted to Arkansas State University (see University admission policy and procedures at http://admissions.astate.edu )

  2. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.00 on all college work.

  3. Applicants must have completed all required courses with a "C" or better.

  4. Applicant must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certified through the Office of Long Term Care by the October 1st application deadline.

  5. Applicants are required to have completed the following 13 semester credit hours prior to making application to the program:
