Admission Procedures and Deadline

Admission to ASU

 Verification of acceptance for admission to Arkansas State University through the office of Admissions and Records, Chickasaw Building, is required. http://admissions.astate.edu/

 

Secure advanced placement application packet:

Submit during semester enrolled in NRS 3312, Introduction to Nursing Research.

Packet must include:

1. The completed School of Nursing Application form online or from the School of Nursing, Room 203 College of Nursing and Health Professions

2. Official transcripts of all college work completed (MUST be attached to application)

3. Portfolio: The portfiolio must contain the following documentation:

• Work Experience
• Resume
• Continuing Education
• Certifications
• Other items which support clinical competency

     4.  Proof of Arkansas RN licensure
