The mission of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program is to produce quality, competent, entry-level MRI technologists for the practice of magnetic resonance imaging.
Program Philosophy
The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program was established to provide education and training opportunities for individuals seeking entry or advancement as registered MRI technologists. Our program is based on the concept that education is a continuing process whereby the learner determines goals, clarifies values, and develops such discipline and understanding as best meets individual needs for self-actualization. It is our goal to educate students for a professional career in which they can be successful.
Program Goals
The goals of the program include personal and professional development. The curriculum is designed to develop excellence in all aspects of magnetic resonance imaging and to promote an awareness of the patient and his/her unique needs.
