How do I buy tickets to a concert/show?
Tickets can be purchased at the Central Box Office located in the Lower Red Entrance of the ASU Convocation Center, by calling 870-972-ASU1 (2781), online at tickets.astate.edu or at the ASU concierge desk in The Mall at Turtle Creek, near JC Penney. I bought tickets for an event, but found out I cannot attend. Can I return the tickets or get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges.

How many tickets can I purchase at one time?
For most events there is an 8 ticket maximum for a single purchase. For more information please contact the box office at 870-972-2781.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my infant/toddler?
The age limit for ticket purchase can vary from event to event. However, most events require that children age 2 & up have their own ticket. For details on a specific event contact the box office at 870-972-2781.

I ordered tickets online or by phone, but I have not received them. Where are they?
Tickets purchased online may be picked up at Will Call with photo identification the night of the event or you may come by the box office during our regular hours (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). The Will Call window is located in the Lower Red Entrance of The Convo. Where time allows, the mail out option is available. Please allow one business day for processing of your order.

I am attending a meeting, where do I go?
Most meetings at The Convo, are held in either Meeting Room A, Meeting Room B, or Meeting Room C. Collectively, these three rooms are known as the Hames Rooms, which are located just inside the Lower Red Entrance of The Convo. Simply enter the building where two sets of double doors have signage for Administration and the Central Box Office. Just inside the entrance is the lobby, where signs will state where meetings are being held for the day. For more details, call (870) 972-3870.

What kind of concessions are available at The Convo?
The Convo has a wonderful concession stand and a number of specialty shops. During concerts and shows the concession stand serves all of your favorite snacks and Pepsi products. For a list of what the concession stand has to offer and prices please click here.

May I bring in my own food and beverage?
Outside food or beverages may not be brought inside The Convo. Food or drinks, not purchased through our approved food services provider is prohibited. The Convo offers a variety of snacks and Pepsi products for you to enjoy during your visit.

Can I buy tickets the day of the concert or show?
If the concert or show you wish to attend has not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase the day of the show at the box office until one hour before show time. After this time, tickets may only be purchased at the red ticket window, located in the Upper Red Entrance.

How do I get backstage passes?
The Convo does not give out backstage passes.

I work for the media, how do I get all-access passes?
All media representatives should contact Frances Hart, Director of Marketing, at 870-972-3870 no later than two weeks in advance of the concert or show.

I purchased tickets, but have physical limitations. Can I get a handicapped seat?
Limited handicapped seating is available for ticketed events. The Convo has 24 spaces, which can be purchased through the box office as handicap designated seats at the Yellow and Green lobbies. In the event of an overflow in these seating areas, the box office will reserve the entire first row of seats around the mezzanine level walkway. This allows disabled persons to sit at the walkway level in the event that they have purchased seats in the upper or lower level and cannot access them.

Does the Convo serve alcoholic beverages?
ASU is a dry campus. No alcoholic beverages of any type are permitted to be present, served or consumed on Convocation Center property.

Does the Convo have an ATM machine?
For the convenience of our visitors, a Bancorp South ATM machine is located in the lobby of the Red Entrance near the men’s restroom.

Can I bring my camera or recording device?
Rules on flash photography vary by event. Flash photography (no telephoto lenses) is allowed from your seat, but you may not block the aisles to take pictures. As a general rule the use of digital recording devices is strictly prohibited.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?
If for some reason the concert or show you planned to attend is cancelled, we will refund your ticket. If you purchased your ticket with a credit or debit card, the amount will be credited back to your account. If a concert or show is postponed we will honor tickets issued for the previous date/time.

Will I go through security to enter The Convo?
To ensure the safety of all Convo guests, a coat and bag inspection will be conducted on each guest upon entering the facility. It is suggested that guests arrive early to the event to avoid potentially missing the beginning of the show.

What do I need to know about Handicapped Accessibility and/or parking?
For visitors to The Convo with disabilities, The Convo has ramp access between the Red and Yellow Entrances. The ramp provides access to both the Red and Yellow Entrances. Handicapped parking is located in parking lot E, which is between the Red and Yellow Entrances, and in parking lot B for access to the meeting room areas and the box office lobby and athletic department entrances. Additional handicapped parking is available on the street between Fowler Center and the KA fraternity house and on the street between The Convo and Cooper Alumni Center. Limited handicapped seating is available for ticketed events. The Convo has 24 spaces, which can be purchased through the box office as handicap designated seats at the Yellow and Green lobbies. In the event of an overflow in these seating areas, the box office will reserve the entire first row of seats around the mezzanine level walkway. I have tickets at the Will Call window, where is it?
The Will Call window is located in the Lower Red Entrance of The Convo. If I leave The Convo during an event, am I allowed to re-enter? Once a guest leaves a concert or show at The Convo, they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Is smoking permitted in the Convocation Center?
Smoking inside The Convo is prohibited. Out of courtesy for all guests at The Convo, please maintain a distance of 20 feet from the building when smoking and properly dispose of cigarettes in the smoke out stand.

Is there parking available at The Convo?
Parking at The Convo is easy and FREE. The Convo has 1,300 on-site parking spots with reserved parking for handicapped and tractor-trailer parking. There are also 2,000 adjacent paved spaces available. During university sporting events numbered spots are reserved for season ticket holders. The Convo parking lot also has 16 camper/RV hook-ups, on a first-come first served basis or call 870-972-3870 for reservations; $20 per night. This fee includes water and electricity.
