Consider the Center for Economic Development business incubator and training facility located at 5501 Krueger Drive in the heart of the Jonesboro Technology Park. Our business incubator provides a variety of furnished offices, along with more than 3,000 sq. ft. of open floor space giving your new business an affordable and nurturing environment in which to grow.  
We also have spacious classrooms and a computer lab that can serve as a great location for your next off-site company meeting or training session. The rooms have generous seating and are equipped with current technology – everything you need to provide an impressive off-site event experience. The Delta Center for Economic Development is located on the campus of Arkansas State University in a 22,000 sq. ft. building. It brings together our economic development outreach and the entrepreneurial support that is such a major component for advancement of Community Economic Development. Funding for the building came from the Economic Development Administration and the College Bond Fund. The facility is built with executive style and will also host the College of Business Masters in Business Administration program.
