At the undergraduate level, the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Sport Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science in Education degrees in Physical Education with certification in Secondary Physical Education and K-12 Physical Education, and Health Education.Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, and Sport Management are also available.At the graduate level the Department offers a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Education degree in Physical Education. The department has 17 full time faculty with programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.
