Masters in School Counseling

The Master of Science in Education with a major in School Counseling is a graduate degree offered through the Department of Psychology and Counseling.  This program meets the academic training requirements established by Arkansas Department of Education for P-12 school counselor licensure endorsement and is generally consistent with requirements for the school counselor credential in other states.  The degree program requires a minimum of 48 semester hours and is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
