The purpose of the Master of Science in Education degree program in Middle Level Education is to offer educators and educators-in-training a planned program of study focusing on the developmental and educational needs of children in grades fourth through eighth. Teachers who are interested in strengthening their middle level content knowledge and/or who are interested in working toward meeting National Teaching Standards will also benefit from this master's degree program.
