Quality Improvement Processes

QuIP's mission is to facilitate excellent customer service through continuous improvement processes, communications, diverse training and human resource coordination.  We provide quality learning opportunities to enhance effective leadership and innovative development of individuals, teams, operational units and supervisors of the Facilities Management Department of Arkansas State University.

Responsibilities include development, implementation and assessment of staff training and development programs, continuous process and procedure development to support departmental, unit and team performance, data collection, assessment, and benchmarking for customer and employee satisfaction issues and facilitating FM Human Resource activities and proceedings.
