Staff Recognition

Facilities Management at ASU values hard work and understands the encouragement that a good pat on the back can bring.  We invite vendors and off-campus customers who would like to personally thank an individual at FM to click one of the images below and fill out a Kudos Card.  Not only will this card send a congratulatory message on a job well done, but it will go on file at FM as a record of excellent service for the individual.

Personalized cards are accepted as well.  Cards can be handed in personally to the front office receptionist, who will make sure the employee receives it.  The files linked above can also be saved electronically and sent via email to jgibbs@astate.edu.

The person sending the Kudos Card may wish to send a carbon copy to the staff member's supervisor, team leader and the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Facilities. See Organizational Charts on FM Web site for more information.
