Vision
Vision Insurance will be provided by VSP (Vision Service Plan) effective January 1, 2012. Due to a significant number of providers leaving our current vision network (UnitedHealthcare Vision), the University chose to transition to a new provider, VSP. If you are a current participant in the vision insurance, no action is required on your part. If you would like to enroll, please complete the Enrollment form.
