Two optional dental plans are available through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Dental:

• High Plan monthly rates: (BCBS Dental Plan - High)
  • $39.58 for individual coverage
  • $82.72 for the employee plus one dependent
  • $124.12 for full family coverage
• Low Plan monthly rates: (BCBS Dental Plan - Low)
  • $26.90 for individual coverage
  • $54.00 for the employee plus one dependent
  • $79.80 for full family coverage
