403(b) Acknowledgement

403(b) Salary Reduction Plans-"Universal Availability" - Part-time employees may participate in a supplemental retirement plan.  This plan is available for all part-time (non-student) employees who work greater than 20 hours per week or more than 1,000 hours during the fiscal year.  This plan is a non-matching plan.  For additional information, or to enroll in a 403(b) plan, contact Human Resources at (870) 972-3454.

 

The University Payroll System requires a valid Social Security Card upon hire for any monetary compensation from the University.

All employees will need to complete all of the above forms and submit supporting identification that verifies identity and employment eligibility.
