  • Business Services
    • The Business Services unit provides to ASU-System campuses customer service and billing operations for many IT services, including cellular, Voice over IP systems and long distance.
  • Client Services
    • Client Services at Arkansas State University is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of system implementations, helpdesk services, technical support, and manage a subset of key accounts.
  • Communication Services
    • Communication Services, a division of the Information & Technology department, maintains the transport of electronic communications for the ASU System.
  • Enterprise Application Services
    • The Enterprise Application Services team supports administrative computing for the ASU community.
  • Hardware Services
    • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of personal computers and peripherals at ASU Jonesboro campus.
  • System Services
    • The System Services team is responsible for the enterprise level servers that allow for communication and collaboration throughout the ASU community.

    • The ITS Web Team is dedicated to promoting a positive image of the University by providing professional standards-compliant development, support, consultation and hosting of sites and applications.
