Business Services 

The Business Services unit provides to the University a variety of Information Technology services that include all billing operations and customer service for the following:

• University owned cellular plans and devices
• Long distance services
• Voice Over IP telephone services
• Internet data card services
• Conference calling services
• Communications Services

The unit produces the monthly Communications Services Statement to ASU-System campuses that consists of an online, detailed listing of all IT services provided and charges incurred by each department.  The unit operates the ASU-Jonesboro telephone switchboard and LivePerson, an online helpdesk available on various ASU-Jonesboro web pages.
