Introducing the NEW ASTATE OneCard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new ASTATE OneCard is your official student ID of Arkansas State University
and your key to campus life.  PLUS it gives you instant access to all your Financial
Aid and or Campus Funds in one convenient card.

Students must be enrolled in classes to obtain the OneCard.  It is a nontransferable
ID card, only the cardholder may present the OneCard for purchases, access, and
other privileges.

The first ASTATE OneCard issued to a student is free.  There is a $10 replacement
fee for damaged, lost or stolen cards until June 30, 2012.  Effective July 1, 2012,
the fee for a replacement ID will be increased to $20.  Proper identification such as
a drivers license, state ID or passport is required to obtain a OneCard.

So What's New With The ASTATE OneCard

This card is not only your college ID, but it is also a Discover® pre-paid debit
card as well.  So what does this mean for you?  It allows you as an ASU student
to receive your refunds from the college directly to your OneCard!  This account
makes it easy and safe for you to gain fast and convenient access to your
funds. 

But that's not all, the OneCard continues to be your campus funds option as well
to use at all campus retail locations for discounts and incentives, you will also
continue to use your OneCard at all participating Express Dollars locations.
