New Changes Effective Spring 2012

Effective immediately with registration for Spring 2012, students may no longer carry over balances of $200 or less.  Holds have been placed on all accounts with outstanding balances from Fall 2011 and previous semesters.  To be able to register, your account must be cleared.

Students currently enrolled for Spring 2012 must pay in full, make payment arrangements or show that they have the ability to meet their ASU financial obligation.  Our policy states that payment is due within the first 5 days of a term or start of class.  Our duty is to inform you that failure to fulfill this requirement may result in the cancellation of your Spring 2012 enrollment on January 24, 2012.

Once registered, enrollment hereby creates a financial responsibility. Any unpaid charges may be subject to collection agency, collection cost, attorney fees, credit bureau report, or state income tax attachment (ACT 372 of 10983 as amended).

Student Account Services will send e-bills to students' ASU e-mail accounts and paper bills through US Mail on a monthly basis. You may view, print or pay on your account via Self Service.
