Program Description

The primary focus of the Master of Science in Mass Communications major in Radio-Television is on the fundamentals of communication theories enabling students to acquire the ability to understand and use basic methods of communication research.  The flexible curriculum provides opportunities for students interested in pursuing advancement in mass communications or preparing for doctoral studies and positions in higher education. Some students with limited mass communications background may be required to complete some undergraduate and graduate performance courses as part of their programs of study.

 

Admission Requirement
Admission to the Master of Science in Mass Communications program is based on a variety of evidence, including educational experience and record, professional experience, recommendations, and a written statement of purpose.


  Deadline: Fall - July 1 and Spring - November 15.
