With a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher, residents of any U.S. state or territory qualify for a tuition fellowship that reduces their tuition to the in-state rate of an Arkansas resident. This is a 60 percent discount off the out-of-town rate.

International students now pay an international student rate set at twice the in-state rate plus a fixed international student fee. This represents a great reduction from out previous cost for international students.
