Admission for English as a Second Language Students
Student must be at least 18 years old to apply to Arkansas State University. If you are under 18, you will need to provide a proof of having a legal guardian in United States.

Pay $40 Application Fee for ESL, Undergraduate, and Master’s programs, $50 Application for Doctoral programs

If you attended or are attending a U.S. academic institution (including language programs) you must submit the ASU International Student Transfer Clearance Form

Applying for ONLY Language Training
- Official (Notarized) or Original Copy of High School Diploma in native language with translation in English
- Official (Notarized) or Original Copy of High School Transcripts in native language with translation in English. Minimum required Grade Point Average 2.3/4.0.
Applying for CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE for an Undergraduate Program
- Official (Notarized) or Original Copy of High School Diploma and transcripts in native language with translation in English. Minimum required Grade Point Average is 2.3/4.0
- Official (Notarized) or Original Copy of University Transcripts native language with translation in English (if attended any). Minimum required Grade Point Average (GPA) is 2.00/4.0.
