In June 2013, ASU is offering a summer study abroad program in Madrid, Spain. Studentswill have the choice of enrolling in Honors Fine Arts Visual, Fine Arts Visual or Survey ofArt History 2. As part of their chosen course, students will explore firsthand the cathedrals,palaces, museums, and other cultural sites throughout Madrid; take day trips to UNESCOWorld Heritage Sites such as Toledo, Segovia, and Salamanca; and make a 3-day, 2-night excursion to Andalusia in southern Spain to visit Granada, Seville, and Córdoba. Studentshave the option of staying either in student apartments or with a Spanish family. There willbe a three-day weekend for those students who want to do independent travel to a place oftheir choosing such as Barcelona or the Costa del Sol.

Estimated program cost includes security deposit, three credits in-state undergraduatetuition, housing, round-trip airfare, transportation to and from the airport in Madrid,museum entrance fees, metro passes, transportation/accommodations for excursions, andorientation in Madrid.
