Training Pictures

In order to make tactical training  as real as possible, the Red Wolf Battalion uses paintball equipment in their tactical labs. This allows for effective suppressive fire. In this picture, one cadet is suppressing the enemy while the other two maneuver.

Physical fitness plays an important
role in quality leadership. Being physically fit will allow these future officers to lead by example and meet any physically demanding task. Cadets are evaluated once every month by given the Army Physical Fitness Test.

Teamwork is crucial in surviving in combat. Cadets learn how to operate successfully in both tactical environments as well as in garrison. In this picture, two cadets are covering a four man stack-team who will enter and clear a building of enemy threats.

Rigorous training is conducted at the weekly labs. Cadets usually find this
the most motivating part of the week because all classroom lessons are applied and put into motion. In this image, cadets are learning how to maneuver in a fire team and squad siae element.

The Red Wolf Battalion is a 100% cadet led organization. The senior cadets plan all training for the battalion. In this picture a group of MSLIV cadets are discussing the results of a land navigation course. They must decide if retraining is necessary.

MSLIII cadets are rotated in and out of a variety of leadership positions. After each leadership cycle they are placed in, they receive an evaluation of their performance. In this image, the assigned Cadet First Sergeant directs the company as the cadets begin a battalion field training exercise.
