Museum by Mail - Mastodon

The Mastodon Box is a scaled down version of the larger suitcase.  The box is mailed directly to the school and return postage is provided.  The box will provide hands-on activities for the study of the Mastodon.

Materials:
Authentic Bones:  sinus cavity, teeth, bone fragment
Resources:  Crowley's Ridge Mastodon - an Educational Booklet, drawings, coloring sheets, and a map of Crowley's Ridge showing where mastodon bones have been found
