Deposits and refunds:
A $50 deposit is required for all reservations. The balance of the full charge must be paid prior to the day of the party. In the event of a cancellation, a 100% refund will be provided if the cancellation is within two weeks of the day of the party. In the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the day of the party, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please print this form, fill it out completely and mail to ASU Museum, c/o Party Reservations, P.O. Box 490, State University, AR 72467 with check enclosed.
