Your child and 10 other children (guests) can be accommodated (contact the Museum if you want to invite more than 10 children). All children may be accompanied by an adult.

Deposits and refunds: A $50 deposit is required for all reservations. The balance of the full charge must be paid at least 10 business days prior to the day of the party. In the event of a cancellation, a 100% refund will be provided if the cancellation is within two weeks of the day of the party. In the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the day of the party, the deposit will not be refunded. If you prefer to pay by check, please print this form, fill it out completely and mail to ASU Museum, c/o Party Reservations, P.O. Box 490, State University, AR 72467 with check enclosed. You may also come to the main office of the Museum to reserve your party. For questions, please call 972-2074.
