Intent to graduate cards will be due September 18, 2009.
Intent cards can be picked up in the Office of the Registrar. We are located on the second floor of the Student Union across from the cashier's window.

Graduation Tracker
Please visit the ASU portal, inAstate, located at http://in.astate.edu to access the graduation tracker. The graduation tracker provides personal data on your graduation status. Visit the tracker today to see your information. The commencement letter is available in the graduation tracker.

 Important Dates

Intent to graduate cards are due by September 18.
Checksheets are due by October 23. (Advisors submit these to our office.)
Graduation Planning Days at ASU Bookstore to be held October 28 - 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Deadline for correspondence courses, clep exams, credit by exams - December 4, 2009.

Get measured for academic attire at Graduation Planning Day

ASU will be holding their "Graduation Planning Day" at the ASU Bookstore on October 28 - 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Students will be measured for cap and gown during the time and will also have an opportunity to purchase additional graduation supplies.  Another opportunity to be measured will be the week of graduation (same day you pick up academic attire).

To avoid a problem in picking up your cap and gown please make sure your account is cleared with Student Services (870-972-2285).
