Reproductive Toxicology

    * Phytoestrogen toxicity in mammals
    * Herbal drug toxicity

Dr. Grippo' research incorporates the biological effects of tobacco, specifically nicotine, in combination with ephedrine, a metabolite of ephedra which is contained in popular dietary supplements. She has also investigated the effects of phytoestrogens on sperm properties and fertilization success in addition to the role of monosaccharides in biochemical signaling to sperm within the oviduct.
