Scholarship Criteria

Dr. John C. Faris Memorial Pre-Medical Scholarship

ASU Foundation, Inc.

Amount and Term of Award:
Annual award of $1400, payable at $700 per semester for eight regular semesters, provided funds are available

Qualifications for Receiving Scholarship:
Incoming freshmen or currently enrolled student majoring in pre-medicine.

In the event ASU no longer offers a pre-medicine program, funds may be used to benefit (1) nursing, (2) physics and then (3) chemistry students.

Qualifications for Maintaining Scholarship:
Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average and be enrolled full-time in pre-medicine.
