- An application for admission
- A non-refundable $15 application fee
- Official transcripts from each college attended
Transcripts are not considered official unless submitted in a
sealed, stamped school envelope. Students should contact
their college/university to request an official transcript to be
sent to:

If you are currently enrolled in college, a second transcript
must be sent after you have completed your currently enrolled
work listing your final grades.
- Proof of immunizations for MMR (mumps, rubella and rubeola/measles) - The vaccine must have been received after your first birthday and after 1/1/68. MMR records should be sent to:

Other Important Information:
- Transfer students who have completed 12 or fewer transferrable hours will be admitted under conditions for new freshmen and must submit high school transcripts and official test scores (ACT, SAT, ASSET or COMPASS) in addition to all college transcripts.
- Transfer students who have completed 13-23 or more transferrable hours must also submit official test scores (ACT, SAT, ASSET or COMPASS). Once all documents have been received, students with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 will be granted admission.
- Transfer students who have completed 24 or more transferrable hours must present official transcripts from all colleges attended. Students may be admitted and allowed to register by submitting official transcripts while currently enrolled at other institutions, but must submit final, official transcript to continue registration. Once all documents have been received, students with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 will be granted admission.
