Tips for Choosing an Immigration Lawyer

• Lawyer must be a member of AILA

• Only pay a fixed legal fee 

• Only Immigration Law

• Student should pick a lawyer via references

• Remember: Lawyer works for the student; Lawyer should explain your situation to reluctant employers; and Lawyer should coordinate with school.
