Classroom Presentation

We will assist students conduct their career exploration and job search. We specialize in conducting presentations to classes you teach and the student organizations you advise. Consider inviting staff to present career-related topics, such as:

  • It Starts Here! Career Management and How to Apply it to My Life

  • Knowledge. Skills. Experience. Are You Prepared? Experiential Learning and the What, Why and How of an Internship or Volunteer Experience.

  • My Ticket to a Job; Resume Development

  • Career Management; Resumes, Job Search Correspondence and References

  • Creating Your Brand; How to Market Yourself

  • Would You Hire the Person in the Mirror? Interview Process

  • Cross Your T’s and Dot Your I’s; Job Search Correspondence

Please complete the Presentation Request Form and click to submit and schedule a time for a presentation. The Career Management staff will follow up with a call to confirm.  

Realizing that you have direct contact with students, we believe that you are an essential component to the Career Management Center’s ability to effectively deliver career management and employment services. Please feel free to refer students to the office for any career related needs.
