Main Office 

Dave Miller 

David Miller, General Manager, has been with Sodexo for 18 plus years. He was the first GM for Sodexo at ASU. He started with Saga at Central Missouri State University. Dave has a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Missouri - Columbia (MIZZOU). He is married (sorry girls!) with two children 10 and 17 yrs, and has been a resident of Jonesboro since 2000. His lifelong dream is to be a rock star!

 

Kim Johnson

 

Kim Johnson , Controller , has 21 years of employment in ASU dining services, 6 years as a Sodexo employee. She takes care of bookkeeping and customer information. "I want all our customers to leave the office with a positive experience," Kim states. She enjoys activities with her children, family and friends. Chicken is her favorite food.

 

 Michelle Cobb

 

Michelle Cobb, Office Supervisor, has been with Sodexo for 6 years. She completes billing, payroll and assists guests. When asked about her job, Michelle says she most enjoys "learning new things and helping people." She has a beautiful daughter, Shelby, who "lights up a room with her smile!"

 

Catering

Teresa Honeycutt

 

Teresa Honeycutt, Catering Manager, makes sure catering events in the Fowler Center, Student Union and all other campus locations are "just right". She has been in the food service industry for 18 years and with Sodexo for the past 5. Teresa enjoys "meeting nice people," eating Italian food and sharing her home with Prince, a golden Lab!

 

Grant Froman

 

Grant Froman, Catering Supervisor, comes to the catering team from Rector, AR, a small town halfway between Paragould and Kennett, MO. Food was and remains one of his first loves. He learned to cook at his grandmother's knee in her kitchen, where no one else was allowed. Grant has been in the catering business for over 20 years and has learned a lesson or two over the years.... "under promise and over produce" is probably the most valuable of these. His favorite food is creme brulee.

 

Brandy Gambill

 

 

Brandy Gambill, Catering Supervisor, has been in food service for almost 20 years in different capacities. She has worked for Sodexo's catering department for 2 years. Her pride and joy is her precious daughter, Bella Grace. Brandy doesn't have a favorite food... she likes it all!

 

Barbara Broadaway

 

Barbara Broadaway, Coordinator, Special Events, has been with ASU dining services for 30 years, 5 with Sodexo. Barbara arranges all catered events for ASU's president, as well as scheduling all other campus catered events. She is well known for her friendliness and gracious hospitality in the Jonesboro region and is a wonderful cook.

 

Resident Dining

 Sandra Williams

 

Sandra Williams, Resident Dining Director, is relatively new to Sodexo and Arkansas State, having only been here since May 2009. She has 10 plus years of campus dining experience from Winston Salem State University, East Carolina University, University of Toledo, and Cleveland State University. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Service Systems. Sandra enjoys spending time with her two cats.

 

 Linda Touchstone

 

Linda Touchstone, Resident Dining Manager, has worked with Sodexo for the past 6 years and in ASU dining services for 28 years! Linda likes all kinds of food. The thing she likes best about her job is "the people I meet."

 

  

Rhonda Lockley

 

Rhonda Lockley, AM/Mid Supervisor, Acansa Dining Hall, has been with Sodexo for 3 years. She is from Wynne, Arkansas, where she lives with her son and daughter. Rhonda enjoys riding horses and swimming. She also confesses her favorite food is the potato.

 

 

Harry Quarrels

 

Harry Quarrels, PM Supervisor, Acansa Dining Hall, has been with Sodexo for 6 years. His attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the team. He always sets a good example for employees by being sharp in his uniform! Harry's favorite food is fish and he enjoys spending time with his family.

 

 

Louise Timms

 

Louise Timms, AM/Mid Supervisor, Acansa Dining Hall, has a total of 26 years in dining services, 6 with Sodexo. She also holds an Associate Degree in Science. Louise is a "people" person who really enjoys her customers and co-workers. Her favorite food is pizza which she enjoys with her husband and son on really busy days when Derick has school activities!

 

 

Retail Dining

Donna Webb

 

Donna Webb, Retail Supervisor, is a 22-year employee of ASU dining services, 6 with Sodexo. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position and enjoys working with employees and customers. Her favorite food is chicken - prepared any way! She and her husband, Donald, dote on their grandson, Dax.

 

 

June Peaster

 

June Peaster, Retail Manager for Chick-fil-A, has worked for Sodexo for 3 years and almost a year with Chick-Fil-A. She was an owner/operator of a restaurant for 23 years before coming to Sodexho. She enjoys going to the lake, taking care of her customers, and playing with her adorable granddaughter, Paris. June's favorite food is, of course, chicken!

 

Kitchen 

 Randy Page

Randy Page, Executive Chef, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  He has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years, mainly in fine-dining restaurants and higher end catering operations.  A native of North Carolina, Randy has traveled the country from coast to coast as an Executive Chef, a personal chef to exclusive clients, a television chef, and an instructor at one of the nation's more well-known culinary schools in San Francisco.  Today Chef Page's mission is to constantly look for ways to serve a wide variety of the freshest and highest quality food items to our students and faculty here at ASU.

 

Marketing/Training

Amanda Douglas

 

Amanda Douglas, Marketing Manager, is a local girl who grew up in NE Arkansas . She is a former student of ASU and looks forward to getting to know the campus again. Mandi is a people person who has never met a stranger. Her favorite food is pasta and she loves reading and visiting with friends.
