HOURS OF OPERATION

 

Acansa Dining Hall, located on the main floor of the Student Union, offers "concept" cooking stations where you can experience international flavors, brick-oven pizza, like-home favorites, salads, soups, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. "Balance: Mind, Body and Soul" is an integrated approach to wellness and fitness that considers the whole person.

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.*

Friday: 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.*

Saturday: BRUNCH 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and DINNER 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 

Sunday: BRUNCH 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and DINNER 4:30 p.m - 7:30 p.m.

*Market Square and International close from 2:00 - 4:30p to set up for dinner. Deli, Grill and Pizza lines are open from 10:30a - close. 

Café a la Carte, located in the Dean B. Ellis Library lobby, features fresh "grab n' go" items, including breakfast sandwiches, salads, sandwiches, beverages, Starbucks coffee, cookies and muffins.

Friday: 7 a.m - 2 p.m

Chick-fil-A will give your appetite a wake-up call! Our sandwiches, salads, Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips and Nuggets are made with tender 100% chicken breast. We feature side items with a delicious twist - Waffle Potato Fries! We serve lemonade - the real deal, freshly squeezed - to satisfy your thirst. Make us your first stop at the Food Court.

Godfathers Pizza is home of the "Pizza Pie Piled High." Godfathers has been in business since 1973 and is now found in over 30 states. We know you'll enjoy these hot, delicious pizza pies, made just the way the Godfather wants them. After all, his oath is: "Pizza Pie Piled High ... or else!" We do not want to find out what the "or else" means, so we promise to develop and perfect new pies for you to enjoy. Look for us in the retail area of the new Student Union!

Starbucks will tempt you with their wonderfully roasted, high-quality whole bean coffees and fresh, rich-brewed Italian style espresso beverages and a variety of pastries and confections. Our coffee menu board has everything from Latte to Caramel Macchiato to Coffee Haters' Special - each one with its own delightful aroma and taste! Our decadent desserts will make your taste buds very happy. We feel sure this coffee bar will please your cosmopolitan tastes!

Clyde's Grill has breakfast, lunch and supper items, like sausage muffins, chicken biscuits, BLTs, burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese melts and all the quick grill items you love - provided hot and fresh to suit your taste. Quick and filling, Clyde's Grill will keep you satisfied with your favorite fast foods!

Sub Connection builds your sandwich, following your directions. Whether it be a 6" or 12" sub, we've got all the ingredients to make the best sub you ever ate! Chicken, Club, Ham, Cheese, Meatball, Roast Beef, Steak, Tuna, Turkey, Veggie and Italian Cold Cuts - yummy!

Campus Store, located on the second floor of the Student Union, will serve as your own mini-mart, providing necessary items for your convenience. Everything from sodas to snack foods, aspirin to gum, and a razor to shampoo - we've got you covered with our wide range of products.
