The Miracles In Concert
11:00-12:00. Place: Fowler Center. More info about the Miracles.
The Miracles will be in concert with the ASU Choir. The Miracles, a group of musically-gifted adults, live at The Baddour Center in Senatobia, MS. The center is a residential community that is designed for adults with intellectual disabilities. The choir performs 30 weekends out of the year. They have performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and the White House. Contact: Vaneta Harvey, Disability Services or Dr. Dale Miller, Director of Choral Activities. Iraqi Veteran's Compelling Story of Struggles and Triumph
11:00--12:00. Place: Student Union, Mockingbird Room. Flyer.
Presenter: Anthony Smith, Retired U.S. Army Major. Sponsored by: Delta Sigma Omicron (DSO)
Wounded by a rocket-propelled grenade and flat-lined by the time the medics reached him, this ex-Army Major beat all of the odds and has a compelling story of courage and trials to share. His struggles and successes are an inspiration to all!!

A panel of students with disabilities will discuss the challenges of college life and how they cope with transitions from high school to college and to the work place. Anthony Smith, Retired Army Major will be one of the panelist. Contact: Sondra Sims.

Unique approach from ASU students on proven methods to prepare for exams, take exams, how to concentrate and tips for web classes. Presenters: Jane Coburn, Tracy Coburn, and Whitney Collins.
