  • To complete an MPN on the following site, you will need to create an account by clicking the Create new user ID? option if you have never visited the site.
  • If asked for the city, be sure to specify State University instead of Jonesboro.
  • Once logged into the site, click the link to Complete Loan Award to begin the process.
