Forms for Students:

2009-2010 aid year documents requested by the Financial Aid & Scholarships office can be viewed and printed by viewing your Financial Aid Status under the Self-Service tab in in.astate.edu. Instructions on how to view requested documents are below:

• Login to http://in.astate.edu
• Click the Self-Service tab
• Select Financial Aid
• Select the 2009-2010 aid year and click submit.
• View your Financial Aid Checklist and complete requested items.

Items listed that are marked as Online can be completed online. All other documents should be mailed to:
