Welcome to the Arkansas State University Grad PLUS Loan Entrance Counseling Page.

The U.S. Department of Education REQUIRES that all FIRST TIME Grad PLUS Loan borrowers complete a Grad PLUS Loan entrance interview prior to receiving their first disbursement of the loan proceeds.   This interview is only required to be completed ONE time as a student at Arkansas State University.
This policy applies to transfer students even if you have completed an entrance interview at a previous school.
