PLAYER MEETING DISCLAIMER
Teams that turn an event roster must attend one(1) of the two (2) scheduled players
meetings. Captains/coaches are preferred to be there to represent their teams.
However, teams will be able to send a player from their roster as a team rep.
Event rosters can be turned in at the scheduled player meetings. If a team turns in an
event roster before the registration closes & DOES go go the scheduled players
meeting they will be rewarded the following:
A) Begin Pool Play 1-0
B) Begin pool play with points counted towards your team point differential
Teams that turn in an event roster after the registration close date or after the last
scheduled player meetings will not be added to the playing rotation. Event rosters will
be added to a waiting list. If a team drops out of pool play then a team of the same
gender will be added in it's place. Teams on the waiting list who do not play in pool
play will not be eligible for playoffs, All University Finals, or Extramural Tournaments.

Complex Disclosure: When the complex is closed
no one is allowed on the fields. If you are caught
using the complex when closed your privileges
might be revoked for future use.
