The WolfTracks Yearbook is created by a student staff of approximately twenty undergraduate students. The Staff includes an Editor-in-Chief, Events/Schedule coordinator, Caption and Copy Writers, Proof Editors, and Photographers. Selections are in the spring; however we reserve a few positions for incoming freshmen. We also utilize a select group of volunteers throughout the year. You do not have to be journalism major to be on the yearbook staff. For example, members of our current staff are studying marketing, accounting, management, and English.

Distribution

The WolfTracks yearbook is distributed during the spring semester, in March or April, at the Student Union Information Booth located on the 2^nd Floor. Please bring your current ASU student ID.

Individual Faculty, Staff, and Student Pictures

Yearbook Picture Week will occur September 14th - 18th, 2009 on the 1st Floor of the Student Union. All faculty, staff, and students that wish to be pictured in the yearbook must have a new picture taken this year. Please bring a valid ASU ID with you in order to have your picture taken.

Organization Group Pictures

Student Organization pictures should be scheduled in the fall as soon as possible. Please call Natalie Eskew at 972-2055 to set up an appointment. If you would like to submit your own organization photo, you can do so by bringing it to the Yearbook Office in the Leadership Center Suite 2074 on the second floor of the Student Union on a CD, or submitting via email to Natalie Eskew. Please include the FULL name of your organization, a contact name, a phone number and all the names of those pictured in a Microsoft Word document or email to neskew@astate.edu.
