The WolfTracks Yearbook is created by a student staff of approximately twenty undergraduate students. The Staff includes an Editor-in-Chief, Assistant Editor, Captions, Copy, & Proofing Editor, Design Editor, and Photographers. Selections are in the spring; however we reserve a few positions for incoming freshmen. We also utilize a select group of volunteers throughout the year. You do not have to be journalism major to be on the yearbook staff. For example, members of our current staff are studying marketing, accounting, management, and English.

Distribution

The 2012 WolfTracks yearbook will be distributed sometime during the month of April, at the Student Union Information Booth located on the 2nd floor. Look for flyers around campus and annoucements in the Daily Digest for the distribution date. All individuals that have paid the yearbook fee for the Fall and Spring semester are eligible to receive a yearbook. Please bring your current ASU student ID with you when you come to pick up your yearbook. Any additional books remaining after the Spring Commencement Ceremony in May will be available to any graduate student, faculty, or staff member.

Individual Faculty, Staff, and Student Pictures

Yearbook pictures will be held Fall 2012 on the 1st floor of the Student Union. Faculty, staff, and students must bring their valid ASU ID with them in order to get their picture made.

Registered Student Organization Picture Day will take place Fall 2012 on Heritage Plaza Lawn.  If you are unable to attend the designated picture time and would like to submit your own organization’s photo, you can do so by bringing it to the Yearbook Office in the Leadership Center Suite 2074 on the second floor of the Student Union on a CD, or submitting via email to Jodie Cherry. Please make sure the photo is a high resolution photo and be sure to include the FULL name of your organization, a contact name, a phone number and all the names of those pictured in a Microsoft Word document or email to jcherry@astate.edu.
