Compliment and Complaint Form

The University Police Department will accept and investigate all complaints of employee misconduct or wrongdoing from any citizen.

All complaints will be accepted whether made in person, by mail, telephone, e-mail, or from our website.

After a complaint is filed, if contact information is left on the complaint, then the department will contact the complainant and will advise them of periodic updates and the final disposition of the complaint.
