Maintenance Work Order Request

Thank you for submitting your work order request.Please provide specific details of the problem to ensure prompt response from our maintenance staff.This will include description, location, and duration of the problem.(For example, if your sink is leaking, tell us if it is leaking around the knobs, spout, under the sink, etc.)

Work order requests sent after 5:00pm will be reviewed the next business day and completed based on priority level of the request.  If you have a maintenance emergency after 5:00pm, please contact your residence hall front desk and the hall director on duty will be contacted.
