The Office of Research and Technology Transfer (ORTT) has responsibility for precipitating and coordinating research, scholarship and innovation at Arkansas State University. ORTT likewise has responsibility for fostering the development and growth of research centers and institutes which are designed to recruit faculty in emerging areas of research interest and to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration.
